Spark your child’s imagination with a hands on class. In a 30 minute class you experience a small adaptation of our lesson. This class is for 4yrs-8yrs old.
We will talk fractions and numbers, while also learning the science of baking in a team environment. Our approach is not limited to, but includes elements of Montessori and Charlotte Mason. Decorate and shape your focaccia as we talk about the sourdough process. You will take home your own focaccia and local herbs.
Location: 10:30am at the North Hollywood Farmers Market. 5000 Colfax Avenue. Limited to 5 students.
All tools and items used will be provided for the class. You take home a focaccia to bake.
