Hey there! I’m Huitzi (witsy). I’m a baker and mom of two with a mission to make your life and especially meal time routine simple.

Sourdough Saint Clair was created to serve our neighborhood with simple yet high quality food. No gums, no commercial yeast, no dough conditioners. We do things the long and hard way because your health and body matter.

Our mission is to education and empower busy people and families to support and create good food from scratch.

We value ethical farming practices that honor both the farmers and the workers. We use glyphosate free flour because we understand that caring for the soil we live on will affect generations to come.

We know that life can get busy sometimes, but that doesn’t mean you need to compromise on values or your health. Our sourdough is your weekly staple to complete a family meal or make something for the busy week.

Whether that’s picking up a loaf on Saturday morning or joining us in person for a class, you will find yourself gathered around neighbors and friends.
